PSE ARES

Puget Sound Energy

Amateur Radio Emergency Services Team

Welcome to the Puget Sound Energy—Amateur Radio Emergency Services (PSE ARES) team website. PSE ARES’s purpose is to provide emergency communications support for Puget Sound Energy. In the event of a public communications system failure, PSE ARES will maintain vital public safety communications with city, county and state agencies within our western Washington service area.

PSE ARES is a relatively new team. We are actively improving our amateur radio capabilities and building relationships with local amateur radio teams. We welcome the opportunity to participate in area exercises.
